To grow our parish by 10% each year
through the following Strategic priorities

Connecting with God (In Christ) through:
- prayer,
- worship and
- the bible
2. Creating Community (Caring and Sharing) through
- Genuine and deepening fellowship with one another
- A healthy relationship between our two centres
- Events which enable us to deepen our love for one another.
- Nurturing Christian family life
3. Moving from the edge to the Centre of our Community (Sharing) through
- Needs based community events and activities
- Creative events that build the life of our local community.
4. Nurturing faithfully all that God has given us (Caring) through
- High standard efficient governance of our parish including efficient and effective communication practices
- Pastoral Care of those whom God has given us to be part of our parish
- Building our finances especially at St. Matthews
- Progressive maintenance and upgrade of our buildings.
